Production and dispatch

Progetto Puro products are made with care, using selected materials and considered craft processes. Production and dispatch may therefore take up to 6 weeks from order confirmation.

This includes:

• Made-to-order production
• Careful material selection
• Quality checks
• Preparation and shipping arrangements

Choosing Progetto Puro means choosing authenticity, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each piece is developed through a careful, considered process, with the aim of creating a distinctive product that lasts.

Shipping and tracking

Once production is complete, your product is handed over to one of our selected couriers. When it has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code so you can follow its delivery.
